New recruitment process: Administrative Assistant

We are helping, once again, our client Sonrisa Médica with a recruitment process. This time, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant:

 

Profile

  • Administrative professional studies. We will value studies in quality.
  • We require a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar post.
  • We require a good level of Spanish and Catalan. We will value English.
  • Competences: we are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, orientated to peolpe and with good planning skills. We are also looking for a proactive, positive and team minded person.

 

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Help with all administrative taks.
  • Hel with the voluntary work.
  • Internal and external communications.

We offer

  • Indefinite type of contract
  • Part time job with possibility of full time job, if required.
  • Immediate start date.
