We are helping one of our clients to find a Human Resources Manager for a company with more that 100 employees:
- Degree in business administration, psychology or similar.
- We require a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar posts.
- A medium level of written and spoken English is required.
- Competences: people orientation, communication skills, proactivity and leadership.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Define a human resources strategic plan.
- Manage and lead the team.
- Define and implement recruitment and development strategies.
- Indefinite contract
- Immediate start date
