Customer Service Staff (Proceso cerrado)

We are recruiting a Customer Service Staff for Spain (Madrid). Our client, KYB Europe, a Japans leading hydraulics company, has specialization in hydraulics, with technology widely used in the aeronautical, rail and maritime industries. KYB Europe is based in Dusseldorf, Germany and has 10 branches, providing sales and support across Europe and north Africa.

 

General Mission

Aftermarket Customer sales orders management for the customers handled by KYB Europe GmbH – Iberia Branch. This person will report to KYB Europe GmbH – Customer Support Manager.

 

Responsibilities

 

Related to Customer Orders Management

  • Record customer orders in the system.
  • Creation of necessary documentation to assure correct order preparation and delivery.
  • Order preparation records o Packing list
  • Delivery notes
  • Invoices and credit notes
  • Orders & logistic process support and follow up.

General Administration:

  • Register and maintain Customer data records and purchase orders in ERP system.
  • Issue and Control export documents (DAU, EUR1, CO, BL).

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Studies: High school education.
  • 2 years of intense knowledge and experience in customer service departments managing incoming calls, e-mails, and requests.
  • Office package knowledge.
  • Spanish speaker.
  • English both speaking & writing is mandatory.
